Overview:
Our client is expanding their business by introducing Mobile Showrooms and empowering Design Associates to drive success within each franchised business. The growth of Design Associates is crucial for achieving short- and long-term goals. Therefore, our client is seeking a skilled individual to take the lead in managing our DESIGN ASSOCIATE RESOURCE. The responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop alignment: Define the profile of our ideal Design Associate.
- Become a subject matter expert in attracting and hiring successful salespeople in the home improvement industry.
- Design, lead, and manage high-quality resources related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Design Associates. This involves:
- Identifying, vetting, and leading headhunters and recruiting tools/resources.
- Spearheading the implementation of our best-practice compensation programs.
- Ensuring our onboarding models are best-in-class.
- Keeping our onboarding systems and processes current and in line with global standards.
The primary goal is to establish the Design Associate resources as world-class, well-known, and extensively utilized by our franchise system.
