Description: We are seeking an HR Manager to provide critical assistance across various HR and administrative functions. This role involves managing benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination. Additionally, the specialist manager will support governance functions, promote organizational culture, and contribute to strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings and applicant screening.
• Coordinate salary administration and performance assessments.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain personnel records.
• Assist in preparing meeting packages for various committees and boards.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and handle leave-of-absence requests.
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefits enrollment and changes.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide support to executive committees and handle special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience, preferably with Paychex Flex familiarity.
• Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to software programs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
