Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the success or failure of the HVAC Sales department.
• Handle all issues arising from all HVAC sales department.
• Set pricing for HVAC sales and manage HVAC price book.
• Manage HVAC outside sales personnel (install supervisors).  
• Manage HVAC inside sales and follow-up process.
• Hire, fire, and train outside and inside sales personnel.
• Manage sales personnel key performance indications (KPIs) and hold members accountable.
• Personally train and mentor sales personnel.
• Optimize lead handling, distribution, and dispatching.
• Handle customer complaints for the sales personnel.
• Creates and implements HVAC sales goals.
• Create and implement sales personnel compensation plan.
• Coordinate with service, dispatch, and install to maximize weekly profit.
• Report department results and numbers to HVAC director.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and plans with the marketing department.
• Manage vendor relationships with suppliers and negotiate profitable arrangements.
• Sign time off requests for management staff and maintain the calendar.
