HVAC Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the success or failure of the HVAC Sales department.
- Handle all issues arising from all HVAC sales department.
- Set pricing for HVAC sales and manage HVAC price book.
- Manage HVAC outside sales personnel (install supervisors).
- Manage HVAC inside sales and follow-up process.
- Hire, fire, and train outside and inside sales personnel.
- Manage sales personnel key performance indications (KPIs) and hold members accountable.
- Personally train and mentor sales personnel.
- Optimize lead handling, distribution, and dispatching.
- Handle customer complaints for the sales personnel.
- Creates and implements HVAC sales goals.
- Create and implement sales personnel compensation plan.
- Coordinate with service, dispatch, and install to maximize weekly profit.
- Report department results and numbers to HVAC director.
- Coordinate marketing efforts and plans with the marketing department.
- Manage vendor relationships with suppliers and negotiate profitable arrangements.
- Sign time off requests for management staff and maintain the calendar.
