ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting internet searches using search engines (i.e. Google, Indeed, Careerbuilder, ZipRecruiter etc.), Bullhorn ATS / CRM and online website communities (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook) to find candidate resumes and/or contact information
- Build relationships with key clients and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for placement
- Post requisitions and track candidates through the hiring process utilizing our applicant tracking system
- Interviews and recommends placement of candidates
- Compile and create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track metrics and goals
- Keeps abreast of talent management practices, current/pending legislation, and trends within area of responsibility
- Identify opportunities to increase sales by marketing outstanding candidates
- Respond to all customer/employee requests on a timely basis and document activity in database
- Maintain clean work area and equipment, phones, computers, etc.
- Meet minimum daily standards as outlined in the metrics and Monthly Billing reports
- Ensure information in Bullhorn ATS / CRM is up to date and accurate for all candidate, contact, Job orders, placement, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Attention to detail
- 4+ years recruiting experience
- Computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook)
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Ability to think outside the box and not afraid to make suggestions
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple projects at the same time
- Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
- Team player, but also independent and motivated without needing constant supervision
- Strong desire to succeed, goal oriented
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong sense of urgency and customer service
