POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
KKCS seeks an experienced, highly motivated, results-oriented recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or sourcing specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA, as a full-time Corporate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist). The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting at the corporate-level and across multiple business lines, recommending strategies for identifying and recruiting candidates, and creating candidate pools and talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management/project management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Delivers full-cycle recruiting services.
• Sources, screens and prepares candidates for interviews.
• Maintains awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruiting practices.
• Consults with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting candidates.
• Identifies key performance factors, develops sourcing pools and establishes interview criteria.
• Proactively creates applicant pools and talent pipelines.
• Evaluates applications, reviews resumes, conducts reference checks and completes initial phone interview to narrow candidate pool.
• Recommends top candidates for in-person interviews.
• Maintains resume database and assists with writing/tailoring resumes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required Experience & Education
• Five or more (5+) years of human resources and Talent Acquisition experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Direct experience with job screening, hiring practices, and Talent Acquisition
• Demonstrated proficiency using human resource information systems (HRIS) (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity popular social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and function as part of a team
• Construction management/project management industry experience preferred
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
