Job Description
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage all job openings, work the HR Director, EVO and with hiring managers, schedule and coordinate interviews, greet candidates, collect applications and will facilitate testing when necessary. Will work closely with the HR Director on reviewing resumes, pre-screening and interviewing as well as checking references. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will also provide administrative support by creating offer letters, scheduling pre-hire physicals, drug screens and background checks as well as maintaining recruiting reports, new hire reports and scheduling team meetings. This position will also assist with New Hire Orientation and the on-boarding process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals based on requisitions and projected clinical staff needs
- Utilizes various recruitment tools, systems, platforms and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates, including the active management of the Indeed, LinkedIn recruiting account and system tools/workflows
- Post job openings and track candidates and interviews.
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers in multiple locations.
- Assist in managing 40-100+ openings at any given time.
- Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.
- Pre-screen, forward and follow-up on resume submittals to Hiring Managers.
- Track and facilitate testing and professional reference checks.
- Prepare and present new hire offer letters as well as internal offer letters for promotion and transfers.
- Submit and keep track pre-employment background requests, drug screens and physicals.
- Assist the recruitment team with meeting overall recruiting goals.
- Participate in special projects such as recruiting initiatives and team campaigns.
- Coordinate the scheduling of recruiting meetings, new hire orientation, job fairs, Open Houses and work closely with marketing in preparing collateral for events.
· Prepares monthly and quarterly metrics reporting and tracks other data as requested
· Supports the HR department by providing excellent customer service and support to employees.
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Will manage and work on special HR assignments and projects.
- All other duties as directed by management.
Education and/or Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Physician Recruitment required.
- 2-3 years’ experience in healthcare Recruiting/HR background, recruiting for Clinical and Non-Clinical positions required.
- Experience handling a high-volume workload and work well under pressure.
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities
- Proven to be organized, task-oriented & ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual-Spanish preferred
- Able to communicate clearly and positively with a high level of interpersonal skills,
- Professional demeanor with effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to take initiative and proactively provide suggestions and offer solutions in a team environment
- Excellent Computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
§ Pushing and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
§ Frequent wrist, hand and finger dexterity to perform fine motor function without tremor.
§ Full range of body motion including twisting body, pushing, pulling
§ Position requires light to moderate work with 25 lb. maximum weight to lift and carry.
§ Position requires reaching, sitting down for long periods or time, walking, bending, stooping, and handling objects with hands and/or fingers, talking and/or hearing, and seeing.
Work Schedule
§ You will generally be scheduled to work each day Monday through Friday, with starting times each day varying between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and ending time between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., as required to meet the operational needs of the company. There will be occasional Saturdays.
