Receptionist/Recruiter/Medical Assistant

The job responsibilities consist of the following:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate well with patients and coworkers in order to meet office objectives.
• Must be comfortable on the phone in order to recruit patients for multiple studies.
• Must be organized and meticulous with his/her controls of the front desk

Operating Hours

Full Time position (M-Th 9:00AM - 6:00 PM; Fri 9:00AM - 1:00PM).

Job Qualifications

• Medical Office experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry specific software
• Willingness to learn new tasks
• Prepare and take outgoing mail. General office duties.
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages and some administration duties, e-mail correspondence with clients.
• Proven experience as Front Desk Representative, greeting guest, responsible for handling schedule client appointments.
• Recruiting and/or telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in team atmosphere

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
