Job Summary:
Medical office performing Immigration exams seeking a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. Office hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday-Thursday, including 8 hours of at home paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning documents
- Assist with proofreading and editing various documents
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Must be Bi-lingual, (English/Spanish)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
