Job responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Answering multi line phone system
- Schedule appointments
- Data entry
- General office work
- Supporting manager in daily assigned tasks
- Monthly mail outs
- Customer service and follow up calls
Requirements will include but are not limited to the following:
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must possess quick and accurate typing skills
- Must be positive, team player with a willingness to learn
- Able to work full time
- Organized
- Efficient with all Microsoft and Google products
- Must be a self starter that looks for work when tasks are complete
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
