Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Manage front desk activities including receiving and distributing mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of law firm receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
