Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in various software applications.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
