- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with customer pick ups and communicate with our field regarding order status
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing, process payments
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with printing labels for orders going out
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
