Job Description
Back Office Duties:
- Rooming and cleaning up patient exam rooms
- Sterilizing medical tools and office equipment (in accordance with COVID-19 protocols)
- Organizing stock
- inventory and ordering of supplies
Front Office Duties:
- Basic clerical tasks: answering phones, booking appointments, filing, checking in/out, organizing and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, etc.
- Verify insurance eligibility and accept in-office payments in accordance with eligibility findings
- Process new patient paperwork and contracts, updating EMR system daily
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, labs and surgeries in accordance with company/patient needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of medical office experience
- Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
