SalaryWe are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to patients
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient information
- Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy of information
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist in planning and organizing company events
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a physician office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software applications
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
