$40,000 with great benefits including paid time off and health insurance!
Compensation:$40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Overall office organization and maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Accurate data entry in various platforms and reports
- Scheduling and coordinating with multiple different calendars
- Completing a variety of daily checklist items
- Assist with agent onboarding and off-boarding tasks
- Completing tasks for various meetings, including but not limited to running audio and visual components, etc.
- Being available to answer any questions from agents and staff
- On occasion, driving company vehicle to properties when needed to cover for the Field Representative
- Working as part of the team to achieve goals
- Real Estate License/Experience Preferred
- Experience and proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Exceptional eye for the details
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Highly motivated

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's license with good driving record
