Job Overview:
The Front Desk Specialist is responsible for patient engagement and service at the beginning and end of each office visit. They will answer patient phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling. Responsibilities include accurately registering new patients, scheduling appointments, insurance and benefits verification, and assisting with Front Desk office tasks. The position is available as either a part-time or full-time position with work schedules that run Monday - Friday during regular daytime business hours.
The ideal candidate will:
Have knowledge of insurances, referrals, prior authorizations, etc
Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Is able to multi-task and prioritize workload
Have experience with and comfortable with using electronic medical records
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
Job Type: Availability for full time or part time hours. Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
