Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple individuals - Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Transcribe documents and proofread materials for accuracy - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in typing and using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Experience with project coordination is beneficial - Knowledge of calendar management software is preferred This position requires a professional individual who can handle various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service.
