We are seeking a Front Desk Chiropractic & Wellness Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform patient coordination, routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep our chiropractic and wellness clinic running smoothly. Our office is well-established & busy multi doctor office including chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, therapeutic exercise & nutrition services. We are seeking a hardworking, compassionate & pleasant person who's devoted to the profession.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine reception tasks to support doctors and chiropractic staff
- Greeting patients & directing patient flow. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, typing & data entry as well as general office duties associated with this position.
- Strong work ethic
Qualifications:
- Chiropractic based knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Interpersonal skills a necessity along with strong work ethic, excellent verbal & written communication abilities .
- Multi-tasking a plus and high level of attention to detail is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
