Job Summary:

Chiropractic assistant will assist the chiropractor in running the office and assisting with patient care. CA’s will answer the phones and schedule appointments at the front desk, but are also directly involved with patient care. CA’s will educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone
• Greet patients when they enter the clinic
• Schedule patient appointments
• Explain fees to patients and accept payments
• Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
• Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
• Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
• Running therapies including Muscle Stimulation and Spinal Decompression

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
• Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am-3:30pm

Friday: 8:30am-11:00am

Benefits include: Chiropractic care (examination, x-rays, and adjustments), Bonus pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
