Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Busy Chiropractic office in the Sacramento/Cal Expo Area is in search of an administrative/chiropractic assistant to fill a rewarding position to make a difference in the health and well-being of our patients and community.

Required qualifications:
1. Professional attitude and appearance, must be friendly and courteous to our patients.
2. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlooks skills required, with the ability to type 40 wpm at a minimum. Ability to learn basic electronic health care system software related to patient processing is also necessary.
3. Previous customer service experience working directly with patients or customer care is preferred. Chiropractic experience is not required, daily punctuality is a must.

What the job entails:
- Greeting patients and handling patient flow
- Answer phone and schedule appointments
- Payment accountability
- Apply basic medical modalities (proper training will be provided)
- Back office interaction with patients
- Ensure that the therapist has their needs met to ensure patient satisfaction

Mondays and Fridays: 8-5p
Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 11-6

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
