SalaryWe're looking for a front desk receptionist to help with our growing chiropractic practice! Located in Blackhawk, our office is the highest rated, most acclaimed chiropractic office in the East Bay. We've been in business since 2012 and need someone with positive vibes, great work ethic, and wants to have fun at work. You'll be part of a team (3 chiros, 6 massage therapists, and 2 admins). Many of our therapists also work with the 49ers, so we got a pretty good crew here.
Responsibilities:
You're going to be the face of our office, the front desk reception, responsible for phones, payments, patient administration, billing, etc. I'll get you trained on all aspects of your job, and you'll be expected to bring a high level of energy and willingness to learn. You set the tone, and we'll give you all the tools to look forward to coming to work and help people feel their best.
Work Experience:
If you have chiropractic reception experience, GREAT! If you just have reception experience, awesome. If you haven't, but you've killed it at all your jobs, let me know about your successes and we'll see if you're the right fit. I'm more interested in hiring great energy and talent than hiring with chiropractic experience.
Skills:
Customer service, ability to multitask, and really enjoy helping people who are in pain get their lives back. Everything else can be learned!
