SalaryThe following hours are the hours we see patients during the week (24 total hours per week), you would be required to work these hours plus any additional hours to get back office type work finish up:
Mondays 8-11 and 3-6:30
Tuesdays 3-6:30
Wednesdays 8-11 and 3-6:30
Thursdays 3-6:30
Friday 8-11
We are currently looking for a healthy, enthusiastic, positive minded, high energy person to work for our busy chiropractic and massage office full time. You would be in charge of all front office duties which include:
-answering phones
-scheduling patients
-texting patients/clients
-checking patients in for their appointments
-taking payment
-understanding insurance charges and how to bill insurance correctly
-using our ChiroTouch system (internal chiropractic office program)
-checking patients out
-billing patients and insurance companies
-scheduling massage appointments
-llight cleaning
-office organization of patient records and information
High School diploma a must.
College degree preferred.
Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
Communication skills a must!
Computer experience a must!
Medical insurance billing experience preferred
Confident in multi-tasking

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
