Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Receptionist / administrative assistant at property management company.

Must have basic computer knowledge and applications such as Word/Excel, and Email. This is a part time position of 25-30 hours per week.

~Take over the phone and in person payments

~Take maintenance requests

~Dispatch vendors for work orders

~ light AP / AR

~Data Entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Flint, MI 48507: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Computer experience, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email are required.
