SalaryDenham Springs Law Office seeking enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team!
Duties include greeting clients; answering multiline phone system, ensuring all calls are promptly answered; maintaining orderly common areas; organizing office supplies; running errands as needed; and assisting the Office Manager with bookkeeping and filing tasks.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word, and ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
