This is a Part-Time position. You should have a flexible schedule and be able to work evenings and some Saturdays
Job Duties
- Greets all visitors and answer inquiries
- Answers and routes all incoming phone calls
- Tracks Admissions phone leads
- Inputs new leads in CampusVue
- Gathers and track documents required for student files
- Assists Admission Representatives in file preparation
- Assists with ordering of office supplies
- Sorts incoming mail
- Assist in taking pictures to produce student and faculty/staff identification badges
- Maintains confidentiality of all business records and information
- Provides assistance to other managers as appropriate
- Handles day-to-day care of current students
- Refunds money for vending machine errors
- Assists in book and supply distribution to students
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: Flexible schedule with hours between 8:45 am -7:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 8:45 am - 5:00 pm Friday. Some Saturdays required 8:45 am-1:00 pm .
Salary: $11.00 to $12.00 /hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
