SalaryBreaux Bridge Law Office seeking enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team! MUST HAVEprior Receptionist experience.
Duties include greeting clients; answering multiline phone system, ensuring all calls are promptly answered; maintaining orderly common areas; organizing office supplies; running errands as needed; and assisting the Firm Administrator with bookkeeping and filing tasks.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist, experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word, and ability to multi-task in a busy office environment. Professionalism is a priority in this position.
