Position Purpose: To fulfill the organizations’ need to provide administrative support services for staff, to coordinate information needs supportive of these functions. To project a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
· Provides coverage of reception area to include answering telephones and transferring to appropriate staff member.
· Meet and greet visitors, announcing each to appropriate staff.
· Receives and distributes all incoming mail, express mail deliveries, etc.
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing; including participant charts when needed.
· Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
· Acknowledges staff illness and bereavement as appropriate.
· Prepares staff birthday cards monthly.
· Composes a variety complex documents (e.g. correspondence, agendas, minutes, financial reports, etc.) for the purpose of communicating information.
· Researches a variety of information for the purpose of providing information and/or recommendations and/or addressing a variety of administrative requirements.
· Responds to a wide variety of inquiries from internal and external parties (e.g. staff, administrators, auditors, public agencies, etc.) for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction.
· Provides administrative support services for the Senior Leadership Team.
· Responsible for accumulation of patient data, checking accuracy of data, processing and distributing to appropriate staff.
· Make phone calls to patient family members for survey information.
· Supports assigned administrative personnel for the purpose of providing assistance with their administrative functions.
· Support staff in assigned project-based work.
· Backup for center coverage when needed.
· Only act within the scope of his or her authority to practice.
· Meet standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by PACE @ Home and approved by CMS before working independently.
- Demonstrates familiarity with the personnel policies of PCHCV and understands and adheres to rules, regulations and standards of regulatory bodies and applicable accrediting agencies of PACE @ Home.
- Complies in a timely manner to all mandatory in-service requirements of Pace @ Home.
· Accepts other assignments as appropriate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.28 per hour
