Responsibilities:
Represent company values with a professional demeanor
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a tidy, organized reception area
Handle mail, packages, and communicate updates effectively
Assist in scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings
Plan team events and assist with office maintenance
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly
Support team members and handle varied clerical tasks
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or a similar role (strongly preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks is preferred
Certification in Office Management is a plus

High School
