Receptionist

About the Position

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be responsible for front desk duties, receptionist-style operations, and customer service. Main duties include answering multi-line phone, scheduling patient appointments, and processing incoming faxes and other messages.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working under pressure. We are looking for someone who is organized and has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will also be able to pick up more hours by filling in for staff that are on vacation or out of the office for various reasons.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 - 2 years previous experience in an administrative role in an office setting preferred
• Ability to work under pressure of deadline in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
