We are URGENTLY HIRING a Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and handle various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, exhibit professionalism, and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities. This position requires multitasking capabilities and proficiency in operating office equipment. Prior experience in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations on a daily basis.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
- Maintain good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Handle office equipment such as telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.
- Ensure punctuality and excellent attendance.
- Take messages and route them to the appropriate staff members promptly.
- Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail.
- Maintain front office inventory.
- Assist HR with various projects and tasks.
