Dental Treatment Coordinator/Dental Biller And Receptionist( Must Have Dental Experience)

We are hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator and Dental Biller to join our warm and friendly dental practice.

Our Dental Treatment Coordinator will be comfortable discussing and closing treatment plans with our patients. If you enjoy making patients feel important and cared for while helping them feel confident about signing their treatment plans, we want to talk to you!

Experience with Denticon is preferred but not required. Previous experience in dental is necessary

• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven treatment coordination results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Verify the patient's dental insurance benefits and calculate the estimated patient cost
• Be comfortable closing treatment plans and collecting payment
• Be effective in managing patient financial accounts and sending out timely billing
• Assist patient with financial arrangements
• Maintain communication with front office staff regarding collecting patient responsibility
• Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms, and exit paperwork
• Review the schedule and look for any potential opportunities
• Schedule patient appointments in an appropriate and timely manner to maintain a full daily schedule and meet production goals
• Return any treatment-related phone calls and emails
• Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations
• Follow up on outstanding claims and denials
• Be kind and driven to provide compassionate care for our team and our patients
• Update medical records and insurance information
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
• Proficient in using FAX, SCAN, and PDF attachments
