Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly receptionist to join our team at the Multicultural Clinical Center. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email

- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars

- Collect and record client information accurately

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish highly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.25 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
