Receptionist – Southdale Towers

The mission of RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation), a national non-profit organization, is to provide various housing options and services for older adults, low-income families, and persons with disabilities, in an environment that enhances their quality of life – physically, mentally, and spiritually. RHF is committed to serving its residents and their local communities.

Part-Time Receptionist

Necessary Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong telephone skills
• Operates telephone system to relay incoming calls
• General office experience
• Must have a pleasant, professional attitude and be cooperative and friendly
• Must have a professional appearance
• Typing and computer skills preferred
• Willingness to help other departments by typing, sorting, stuffing envelopes, etc.
• Human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors/tenants in person or on the telephone
• Bilingual preferred English/Spanish

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week. Monday – Friday.

Pay rate $13.00 per hour
