The Office of Public Utilities, Finance Division is seeking an individual to perform a variety of clerical work; answer telephones, greet the public and assist them by providing information and referring them to the appropriate offices. Manage and distribute inventory of printed materials for the Municipal Center East Offices. This position requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two years of clerical or administrative experience. Notwithstanding any residency requirement imposed by the city, preference for employment in all positions with the city shall be given to applicants who are full-time residents of the city as of the closing date of the application for such position.
