Routes calls to specific people.
Greets visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Coordinates mail flow in and out of office.
Handles phone calls from people calling in sick and informs their supervisors.
Hands out and receive job applications.
Sends emails and faxes.
Prepares employee verification according to the procedure.
Responsible for filing documents.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of general administrative experience
Skills: Strong computer and time management skills; demonstrate teamwork and excellent customer service skills; ability to meet tight deadlines/perform multiple tasks/work well under pressure.
