Production Technician General Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Pays attention to detail and maintains accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office with basic experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Sales Support Position Bi Available shifts
1st Shift 8:00 am 4:30 pm Monday Friday
Production Technician Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Process and submit orders.
Input/Create new customer accounts.
Comfortable with discussing adult products.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Generate reports.
Answer phone calls from customers regarding their questions and request for information.
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning and faxing.
