Your Role in Shaping Weekend Joy!
As the weekend heartbeat of Paramount Senior Living, you will:
- Warm Welcome: Extend a warm and courteous welcome by answering all incoming telephone calls and greeting residents, visitors, and colleagues according to facility policies.
- Administrative Support: Provide valuable typing and clerical support to the Administrator and management team.
- Efficient Communication: Skillfully manage telephone inquiries, ensuring callers are promptly transferred to the appropriate extensions or paging requested parties.
- Keep It Current: Maintain up-to-date resident census activity reports, reflecting any changes.
- Adapt and Contribute: Undertake additional duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to the team.
