Overview
To support the overall office operation in serving the needs of staff, parishioners and campus visitors.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer in-coming calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Field front desk queries by visitors, parishioners and volunteers
- Accept and distribute deliveries
- Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare office supply orders for administration department
- Facilitate Mass Intention book
- Other job duties, projects and assistance with events as assigned by Business Manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 year of office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and databases
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral
- Exhibits good judgment, is highly motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred
