Receptionist, Part-Time

Overview

To support the overall office operation in serving the needs of staff, parishioners and campus visitors.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer in-coming calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Field front desk queries by visitors, parishioners and volunteers
• Accept and distribute deliveries
• Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
• Prepare office supply orders for administration department
• Facilitate Mass Intention book
• Other job duties, projects and assistance with events as assigned by Business Manager

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 year of office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and databases
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral
• Exhibits good judgment, is highly motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment
• Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred
