Dental Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role will be crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties:
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with various tasks as required

Skills:

**WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE. No experience is necessary, however, candidate must be a fast learner and have the tenacity to succeed.**

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
