Job Description: Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with data entry and data management
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation
- File and maintain records accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with working in a busy office environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and scheduling purposes
- Proficient in using Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
