Description
As a Core Banking Operations Manager I, you will review Business, Legal and Wire documents for accuracy and validity. You will be responsible to support and provide knowledge of current procedures to branch colleagues to ensure above standard operational performance.
Primary responsibilities include
- Conduct comprehensive business and legal documentation reviews
- Review Domestic and International wires for information accuracy
- Provide proactive support and share knowledge with branch colleagues via chat and email
- Collaborate effectively with branch colleagues to enhance overall team efficiency
- Uphold standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all task with a focus on identifying and preventing potential fraudulent accounts and wire transactions
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Ability to support others through coaching and development
- Superior customer service orientation, advanced analytical and proficient product knowledge
- 3+ years of Retail Banking experience
- Excellent verbal / written / interpersonal communications
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Solid time management skills; ability to multi-task and to function efficiently in a high volume, fast paced deadline oriented environment
- Solid project management skills
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM Monday- Friday
Position in fully onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
