SalaryPennswood Village, a nationally respected senior care community located in beautiful Bucks County, PA is seeking a part-time Receptionist.
- The Receptionist assists and directs residents, visitors and staff and operates the telephone.
- Maintain a working knowledge of switchboard and voice mail system, answer questions and provide assistance to residents, visitors and staff.
- Greet all visitors and direct them to the proper person or area.
- Handle cash and charges from residents/staff and settle cash drawer.
- Take messages and announce appointments when necessary.
- Assists in the mail room when needed.
- Responsible for, but not limited to, copying, sorting mail, and collating brochures. Distributes mail, handles packages, and operates the postage meter, fax machine, and cash register.
