Salon Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to clients
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring salon is clean and organized
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Utilize Fresha to manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Serve as a personal assistant to the salon owner
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience working at a front desk or in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in using Google Suite for calendar management and other administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and keep track of client information
- Familiarity with office equipment such as phone systems and computers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
