Job Description:

Peak Chiropractic - Upper Cervical Care, a leading neurologically-based upper cervical chiropractic clinic in the Treasure Valley, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Greet every patient warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized patient schedule
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Collect payments and manage billing processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with social media management, including content creation and engagement
• Embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth within the role, with potential advancement into office managerial responsibilities

Working Hours:

Monday 8:30am-1:00pm - 2:45pm-6:15pm

Tuesday 8:30am-1:00pm - 2:45pm-6:15pm

Wednesday 8:30am-2:00pm

Thursday 8:30am-1:00pm - 2:45pm-6:15pm

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: Closed
