Job Description
Norco is seeking an individual to fill our Receptionist position in our main office. The Receptionist greets the public in a professional manner and directs them to the appropriate person or area. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet all incoming visitors in a professional manner and directs them to the appropriate person(s) or areas
- Answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate individual or mailbox
- Sort all incoming mail and direct to the appropriate person(s)
- Intake, sort and distribute mail to departments/locations as applicable
- Coordinate with outside vendors on supply needs
- Assist other departments with sorting/filing of paperwork
Qualifications
- Previous phone computer, filing and customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service and public relation skills
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
