What We Need:

We need an amazing Bilingual Medical Receptionist who can:

• Answer phones, emails, and faxes; taking clear messages when needed
• Schedule patients, including rescheduling and cancelling appointments as needed
• Greet and guide patients and visitors appropriately
• Inventory, order, and stock supplies and medical supplements
• Provide a 5-Star experience to everyone who enters our clinic

Who You Are:

• 1 year of Medical Office/Receptionist experience
• Experienced using EMR systems
• Experienced using Word, Excel, and Google Suite
• Able to manage multiple projects effectively
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Bilingual-Spanish

Working Environment
