Receptionist

Law Office of Edward Manning is a small friendly and business casual environment sized law firm located in East Providence, RI.

We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis. The receptionist's duties will include greeting guests, answering the phone, and processing incoming/outgoing correspondence. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with others on a daily basis.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required. Spanish speaking is essential.

• Previous experience in customer service, medical office, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a professional environment, able to multitask, and thrive in a team environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.

Duties: Greet visitors upon arrival at the office and in person

• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct department.
• Process incoming/outgoing correspondence via email, fax, letters, voicemails etc.
• Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering the phone, and processing mail. (This position will require daily attendance.)
• Assist with other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
