Job Location: Taylorsville
Pay: $15.00/hourly
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Job Description:
- When meeting with clients, complete appropriate service documentation (financial contracts, drug screen results).
- Assist the treatment team with support staff functions such as faxing, filing, copying, scanning, scheduling, customer service, receipts for payments, requests for documentation from external agencies, etc.
- Assists/oversees walkthrough for safety, tracks safety equipment (fire ext., first aid kid, emergency. Lighting, etc.)
- Complete other support activities for the treatment team as assigned, including paperwork, filing, faxing, and delivery or pick-up of supplies.
- Support clients, answer nonclinical questions, and solve nonclinical issues. Makes a “first contact” call before the beginning of treatment. Educates clients on best practices for providing drug test samples.
- Administers and reports on quality reviews and client satisfaction surveys.
- Responds to all records requests by researching records needed, making copies as needed, writing a cover letter, and ensuring the requests are delivered in a timely manner.
- Report unusual or questionable activities to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Light cleaning to maintain a professional appearance in the office.
- Other duties as assigned.

- First Aid and CPR Certification (available at Odyssey House)
- Must comply with annual TB tests, Flu, and other immunization requirements
