Responsibilities:
-Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
-Direct calls to appropriate personnel
-Schedule appointments
-Issue visitor badges and ensure proper safety protocols are followed
-Maintain the reception area, ensuring it's clean and presentable
-Manage office supplies and order new ones as needed
-Perform data entry tasks
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Multitasking
-Excellent communication skills.
