Formal Education Required :
a. High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience & Training Required :
a. One (1) year front desk customer service, clerical support, multi-line phone operations, and/or call center experience.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Ability to operate the phone system, computer, and other related business equipment.
b. Computer skills; and willingness and ability to acquire skills required to operate application packages used by department if does not already possess
c. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate ability to foster a positive and teamwork oriented environment.
d. Ability to effectively direct callers to appropriate destination and provide applicable instruction to guide callers through telephone and voice mail systems.
e. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee, member, client, and other sensitive business information.
f. Ability to work autonomously in a self-directed manner.
g. Ability to organize and manage time to accurately complete tasks within designated time frames in fast-paced environment.
h. Ability to maintain current knowledge of and comply with regulatory and company policies & procedures.
i. Ability to adjust work hours to meet business demands

$15.91/hr - $19.09/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
